CANCELLATION POLICY
Our policy is to charge 50% for:
- Missed appointments;
- Appointments that are cancelled within 8 hours of your appointment time;
- Late arrivals (where we cannot accommodate your appointment due to your late arrival).
More about late arrivals:
Please be on time for your appointments. Because we are a bustling clinic we cannot always accommodate late arrivals - there may simply not be enough time left to complete your treatment. Where possible, your beauty therapist will do as much of your booked treatment as they can in the remaining time, but you will still be charged the full cost of your treatment.
If you arrive late we do reserve the right to refuse your appointment (where the time remaining means we cannot perform a good service). In this case the cancellation policy applies – that is you will still be charged 50% of your treatment cost.
